I have trained and worked directly with many schools, supporting headteachers and other staff with communications. I understand how resources are limited (as well as budgets). I’m also lucky enough to have a husband who’s a teacher, which gives me another layer of insight and appreciation for what schools do on a daily basis. I have primary, secondary, further education and higher education experience and I am familiar with Ofsted and other challenges schools face today.

I want to help ease the burden on your staff and help you with tasks that perhaps you’re already doing, but are struggling with, or things that you would like to do, but just don’t have the time or resources.

Here are some examples of how I can help you:

  • Crisis communications
  • Content creation
  • Website content review and updates
  • Digital marketing
  • Social media management
  • Social media policy review
  • Training: social media, liaising with the media
  • Press releases
  • Content and ideas for inset days and conferences
  • Parent communications
  • Email-marketing and newsletters
  • Event promotion

Some specific examples of what I can help you with:

  • Admissions
  • Reputation management
  • Building relationships with your local media
  • Teacher recruitment
  • Stakeholder engagement
  • Managing serious incidents

Why work with me?
